Celebrating Women in Music

Celebrating Women in Music with Saint John String Quartet March 25, 27, 28.

Despite the postponement of the much-anticipated Serenades for You! Symphony New Brunswick is still able to produce the smaller wonderful concerts of the Virtuoso Series.

Prepare to be charmed as SJSQ celebrates women composers over the past 180 years. Featuring Fanny Mendelssohn’s Germanic string quartet in E flat major, American composer Amy Beach, an impressionistic French quartet by Germaine Tailleferre and a spoken quartet from Newfoundland composer Bekah Simms.

Program
